Thank you for shopping with Shelf Love Studio. Every item is made to order, which means your product is created after your purchase is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically produced in 2–5 business days before they ship. During holidays and high-volume seasons, production may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order is produced and shipped, estimated U.S. delivery times are:

• Standard: 2–5 business days
• Economy: 4–8 business days
• International: Not available at this time

You’ll choose your shipping option at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks total (production plus shipping).

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information at the email address used at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hello@shelflovestudio.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. If your package seems lost or delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. You can also reach us at hello@shelflovestudio.com and we’ll do our best to help.
