Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Everything is made to order, so each piece is printed just for you after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before it ships, and you’ll get tracking by email as soon as it’s on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Once it ships, here’s what to expect in the U.S.:

  • Standard: 2–5 business days
  • Economy: 4–8 business days
  • International: not available just yet

You choose your option at checkout, so most U.S. orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks total. These are estimates — carrier delays, holidays, and weather can all shift things a bit.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because everything is made to order, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, a change of heart, or the wrong color choice — so please peek at the sizing chart before you order. If your item shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, email me at hello@shelflovestudio.com within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that, it may already be in production and can’t be canceled — these things move fast.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Email me right away at hello@shelflovestudio.com. If your order hasn’t gone into production or shipped yet, I’ll do my best to fix it. Once it ships to an address entered at checkout, though, I can’t be responsible for where it lands.

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

First, check with neighbors, anyone else at home, and your local post office or carrier — packages hide more often than you’d think. If it’s still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number, and feel free to email me at hello@shelflovestudio.com so I can help however I can.

Do you offer custom orders?

Sometimes, depending on what’s on my plate! If you have an idea, email me at hello@shelflovestudio.com and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

What size should I order?

Check the sizing chart on each product page before ordering. For a relaxed, cozy fit (my personal favorite), size up; for a more fitted look, stick with your usual size.

How should I care for my apparel?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Wash inside out
  • Use cold water
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Don’t bleach
  • Don’t iron directly over the design
